Sushi Go-Round, also called kaiten sushi, is a Japanese fast-food sushi. Plates of sushi are placed on a rotating conveyor belt that moves and passes through every table and counter seat. Customers then just pick the kind of sushi that they want from among the choices. The belt conveyor may also include drinks, desserts, fruits, soups and other foods. The customer's bill is calculated by the plates of the consumed sushi. The design, color and pattern of the plates represent a specific price.
